Your spot on. The WA gov would prefer and Australian owner/operator so I also pretty much see it down to 50:50 now.
You will probably find that POS will however have some form of chinese backing and/or long term purchase for the deal.
IMO we should have the answer before Xmas for Rav.
The strength in the Aussie $ and the drop in Ni price also plays in our favour for Cawse. It's just a matter of time for that one.
Impressive they have got this far with Rav.
