    This guy has a lazy 11.6 million CAU shares after the March placement. He is the Singapore boss of Mercatus Capital, the placement underwriters. He obviously introduced our other Asian big hitters into CAU in March. I'm guessing Ong and Lim would have to be major clients of Mercatus in Singapore. The kind of clients you want to put into quality investments... Join the dots, I have.

    Ravindran Govindan (Executive Chairman)

    Ravindran Govindan read law at the University of Singapore and practiced as an advocate and solicitor in the supreme court of Singapore. Throughout the years, he diversified into various business interest. As serial entrepreneur, he co-founded diverse business interests in retail, biotech, medical device, IT, emerging technologies, real estate and manufacturing.

    Ravindran currently holds the portfolio of Chairman of Magnus Energy Group Limited, an established oil and gas company listed in Singapore Stock Exchange. He is also the Chairman of Agenix Limited (ASX: AGX), a successful biotechnology company listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. Agenix Limited is undertaking research of monoclonal antibodies for the detection of DVT and pulmonary emboli (detection of blood clot).

    Ravindran also provides strategic advice on Asia Pacific Region for Latona Associates Inc, a private investment and financial advisory firm based in New York, USA. He was also group President of Fisher Scientific group of companies in the Asia Pacific Region.

    Coupled with Ravindran’s entrepreneurial skills and a well-established business network, he provides legal and business consultancy to private and public enterprises, financial institutions and highly influential individuals in this region. He was involved in several large scaled acquisitions both in public and private enterprises. One such example was the privatization of the national airlines of Burma, Myanmar Airlines, in which he successfully negotiated and commercialized.
