Yep, it appears to be making a decent attempt to consolidate the gains from the most recent breakout for sure.
The consolidation process is what classical TA sees as pennants and bull flags etc., (what is actually happening is - when price rises substantially (a breakout), increased supply is usually drawn out - this comes from profit takers, stale supply getting out, and shorters. And this increased supply needs to be absorbed (bought), before price can easily move higher again)
So if this process is successful, the supply will drop right off, and the stock will likely make an attempt to breakout again in response.
