    I suspect that Ray has known for some time he is not well. Keeping this in mind I suspect that he would have left very clear instructions on what he wanted done.

    With this in mind it will be interesting to see who is now the new MD, I suspect Richard Catelan.

    The question will be will Ray's family want to continue this battle with the shareholders or realise that everyone can win and share the benefit.

    I beleive that a winding up of the company is the best possible solution for all.
