Take a look at Ray's history. This is a man that made renovations to a building that was heratage protected and didnt worry about it.

His daughter Leane was his PA at CMI so where did she get the drive and determination to take on the ACCC in court.

I can only hope that the people remaining can see that a compromise accross the board will result in a great win for all.

Reinstate the A Class dividend and the A Class share will rise but so to will the ordinaries. Implement a on market buy back to manage capital and the formula will result in a string share perdormance all round.

I am also share that there are buyers for the Electrical & TJM businesses which will create value for all shareholders.

The worst thing that can happen is that another family member steps in thinking that they can replicate Ray. This will only result in dissaster. For all of Ray's bad points he was still able to turn around the two underlying businsess.
