The voice has absolutely nothing to do with helping ingenious people. Its entirely about changing the political power base in this country.
Some indigenous people will be better off as will some non-indigenous people. None of these people are the people in need.
Most people will be much worse off. Just look at what the proposal has done for our country so far. Its turned people against each other and that will only get worse. Much worse if this proceeds. Voting on a proposal designed to divide us as a people won't fix any problem. It is the problem.
This proposal is crafted and peddled by many of the people who already have their snouts in the trough. Giving those same people more power and less accountability is most certainly not an answer to anything IMHO.
Lets be honest its not hard to come up with a better proposal than what has been put before us but for some reason that hasn't been done. Why?
