just wondering how they plan to drill an exploration well such as Rodeo or Canyon or even go back to Flint without a 2nd rig.
monaro8, that's exact my point - if you need a second rig anyway, why should you not contract one as early as you can (if one is available and you can fund it) to enhance development drilling (and revenues)immediately?
That's the reason why I thing to have two separate drilling permits at the same time is a strong hint for such a decision.
