One should consider the small number of Board members and may be this increase is not more for less but in fact more for new board members. We need more expertise to balance the exiting board. Icon is going places and we need to ensure our Board are up to the job and willing to take the hard decisions. We need somebody with signifiant corporate and Government experience as we move towards signing the GSA and supplying gas. Directors fees are a function of the business. I would really like to see the Directors invest in the company as their shareholding is minimal. I will be voting for this increase.
