    Gday FS.

Given the amount of negative comment from holders(and not just HC holders) it would be fairly imprudent of the company to go issuing stopgap placements at these low levels.

We have seen how much the funds have enjoyed applying their algorithmic trading technices to CCC as the market has got weaker and issuing more shares at such a low level would no doubt force the sp lower if those shares were quickly dumped to market.

There are many here that will still be able to quite readily convert their current holdings back to pre consolidation and this really hurts their bottomline value.

They really must get on with finalising all that is pending with the cash they have and the profit they are producing. If they have to run on the smell of that oily rag until they can get the sp back to levels more reflective of what we know the market cap should be via the completion of all this outstanding stuff as well as waiting for more Euro debt clarification then so be it.We all have to tighten our belts at some stage and its time CCC showed they can do it too!

Personally I think mush of the Sth Afr political risk stuff has been way overhyped. If you analysed carefully the support Malema was getting via protests etc it didnt support some of the popularist media blowup of the whole situation. Not only that but polls of the support he was garnering over the OVERALL Sth Afr population as a whole was quite pitiful.Less than 20% of the population supported him towards the end of the ANC case over his dissent.

Probably much more important is the infrastructure bottlenecking that the Sth Afr coal industry faces given the apparent forward opportunities that should emerge in the global power industry. But then even the recent prudent spending on new Transnet rollingstock and line improvements has seemed to dramatically help the carrying capacity to Richards Bay.

So this long term holder HOPES that the company has no plans for further issues at this level FS.Just need them to get on with things they have in the works.Perfect time to do it whilst markets are rubbish and theres no point in what would be a ridiculous dilutionary ratio required for M&A given the cash they should be finalsing in the near future.

Just my eoy feelings on the situation.

Time to mow the lawn now!

Lets hope its a much netter 2012 both globally and CCC-wise in corporate completion.Imo they have shown they can fine tune mine ops.Just the corporate stuff that perhaps needs more tuning.Or is it just more patience needed on our part!
