The report is a good one but the numbers are not correct. They have forgotten to add the options and the 12m placement shares into equation.
Should be:
87,548,000 shares
12,000,000 placement shares
27,445,000 options
126,993,000 total fully diluted
There for the NPV is $2.68 not $3.92
Still good but material value difference
