Yeah, we're in agreeance. The valuation RB Milestone gives EER is based on the existing 749Mt resource. When this resource gets updated for the Allambi deposit (which is in "the near future" per p21 of the report) this will create considerably more upside. I think your $1.30 target would be reasonable if they achive 1.5bt.
Accordingly, it looks undervalued at these levels, with very little downside.
