are you referring to properties purchased in the last 2-3 years or ones bought over the last 20-30??
I treat my tenants with respect maintain the houses and keep rents reasonable.
all bar two are +pve gearded as we speak... the small, small number of people who are struggling would be still be struggling regardless of the financial state of the world.
