You would be wrong. ABC radio reported the company had a number of paying clients, however its debt load sunk them. This is what happens when an economy is overly-reliant on debt. De-leveraging is emerging all around us & still property bulls believe all is fine. And it will be fine, but not before an eye-watering pull-back first. Any property bull worth his/her salt will be lining up to buy then.
