Hey Warnie, another big thanks to you mate advising that i contact the ombudsman re my fixed rates situation. With my interest rate at 6% now (instead of 8.04), I'm as happy as a pig .....
I just logged onto the daily telegraph to see interest rates down by 1% and immigration at an all time high (i realise it will prob slow). It can't be all bad for property.
