I had loans with GE. competitive to begin with, but pumped higher than the rest the last year...did not pass on any of the past 2 rate cuts...refinanced today with CBA took 10 minutes...reduced interest bill by 10,000 just like that...now just have to get a better rate on the commercial loan...which is always a higher rate...why is that...asset is safer than resi oh and fixed interest orgisation said they should drop it by 2% or carnage to come...should have been 2 % drop since they dont meet until FEb 09
