well the recent seller appears to be thorney. a "ceasing to be substantial shareholder ann". dated 17.8.07 states that they have sold approx. 3.8 million shares between 6.8.07 and 13.8.07.
to me, their selling doesnt mean they know any more than you or i, sometimes the "institutions" have to sell down to meet redemption obligations. or cash requirements.
i think thorney has a relationship with r pratt, so maybe he needs the money elsewhere?
sometimes i have seen big holding companies, and institutions, like this sell out of a stock, and when their selling has finished the stock share price has gone up, in other words they made a mistake.
anyway, ive purchased more while they are cheap., i think cus share price has a good chance of going up after thorney has completed their selling, and the rba makes a decision in favour of atm owners, on the 27.8.08
