Surely they have enunciated (or at least workshopped) a plan to deal with this -it has been in the winds for a while!
do they say the fees are to pay for the terminals? A fee to businesses seems the easiest way, but apparently the small businesses have been assured by the RBA that they will not pay!!
Is there an easy backdoor way of coping with this?
I sold half on open, though expecting they may be a buy today sometime
