The RBA has not 'printed' since GFC, the FED did. The RBA has increased its target interest rates, the FED didn't. Zero interest = cure for deflation, relative high interest rates = cure for inflation...the never ending central bank cure for boom&bust, it has never worked and never will.
Don't blame the central banks, blame the limited tools available to them to influence human behaviour, i.e. 'irrational markets'.
