    Decision to leave rates unchanged is good news for CUS on two levels. Firslty it means no reduction in the funds available to punters for discretionary spending and secondly CUS' bailment cost is interest rate sensitive being a margin over a variable benchmark rate so cost increases on that front are staved off for a little while longer
