There is no reason stating facts especially when people have their head in the sand.
It's understandable that people don't want to hear the facts as they are facing the impending wall..over borrowed, over leveraged and just simply too greedy over the years.
Inflation, as much as central bank and government, want it to go down it will continue to go up due to poor policies implemented by past governments.
The current increases in rents are yet to flow into the CPI figures and when it does you can quite easily add in an additional 1%+ to the cash rate. It will be then when government steps in to change policy.
