With all that's going on there'll be punters looking for cheap housing... what price is cheap housing?
Back to pre-Covid and then some, the cheap can always get cheaper if there's a collapse and things are worse than the 'Recession we had to have'... there's no China growing at double digits.
It's amazing what's unfolding.
