    So some oldies living in their family home who might be asset rich and maybe getting a part pension now have to front up with tens of thousands in land tax?

    this is Australia … be careful what you wish for

    are you happy to be taxed tens of thousands extra on your superannuation so that your wealth can be shared? didn’t think so
