Morning Mudguts, my post is to point out the unfairness of the property market and what can be done to make it more affordable, not having over 3M in my super doesn't govern the way I think. I may have other assets that you are not aware of.
On this forum I can read how reliant property owner are on hand outs from the taxpayer and if you didn't get theses handouts, I have no doubt that you and the other property investors would investing in something else, residential property should be for housing, not a way to make a few people rich while a1/3 of the population don't have a finger in the pie.
Lowering the price of property will allow more people to buy if they wish.
My personal view is that property is over and if I had property, I would sell it asap.
But I do understand you and I can feel the stress that you and others on this forum are under.
