TO : the SHARE EDITOR, , re news from RBA last Friday 31.8.07 regarding, changes to ATM charging.
a little bit of info about a company called Customers , code CUS
Here is a few pointers about CUS from their last Friday`s annual financial announcement.>
1. The new RBA rules announced last Friday allowing atm owners to charge their own fees, which has been mooted at a minimum of $0.50c and up to a $1.00, per transaction on top of cus current $1.00 revenue per transaction stated within the bell potter report. Customers atm`s experience about 80 to 90 million transactions per annum. Imagine what this means to cus,, they own 5000 ATM`S, big upswing in revenue. ,
2. Further its noted that the bulk of cus original atm`s are still to be migrated over to SPS.[Strategic payment system, CUS 40% BENDIGO BANK 40% Mastercard
Iinternational 20%] - “influential partners”. SPS itself has a guaranteed annual transactions of well in excess of 100 million transactions per annum., this means increased savings to cus via their 40% holding in SPS..
3. Further the FY07 revenue inclues only 10 weeks of the recently purchased ATMS. this means next annual report will include 100% of the atm`s revenue - increased earnings.
4, Eventualy revenue will come from SPS - . increased profits.in the future.
5. Targetting 10,000 eftpos terminals to be connected to SPS. means increased earnings.
6. Possibilities mentioned within the bell potter report of cus / sps picking up the myer department store machines, as myer has been sold by coles, and myers terminals will have to shilft from the coles group.
also mentioned possibilty of cus picking up regional banks, and building and credit societies. Means potential possibilities of more earnings.
SUMMARY, This year coming 08, is going to be huge for CUS with their ceo forcasting revenue to double from $42mill to $93mill.
There are not many companies for about 22c that have this established earnings increase in the future ?. to this extent.
i am predicting a massive upswing in revenue in future years for cus , and this little company will be a great hedge against inflation.
this current share price wont last for long.,, the RBA announcement and the CUS annual report were only released last Friday 31.8.07, and the share price started going up slightly on those announcements.. and the best is yet to come.
i notice Hunter Hall have been buying millions of them.
Ive also noticed that Richard Pratt and Peter Scanlon previously of PATRICK, have invested in CUS.
CUS is being re-rated by the market today, but I have previously put my money where my mouth is, and purchased 500,000 of them.
