What else is going on there at the RBA?

Glen Stevens and some of his RBA Cohorts should be sacked in view of having lost $7.8 Billion over the last Two Years and now this as above, and they also don't understand the damage that they are causing via not reducing Interest Rates after the massive Floods and Bushfires earlier this Year.
It appers that Glen Stevens and some of his RBA Cohorts are just Stooges for the Banks to rip the guts out of people and Businesses with Loans.
