I thought you were slightly switch on when I started reading this thread but the fact you keep harping on and on and on suggests you're actually a bit of a tool.

Ive been saying banks will raise rates out of cycle. Ill stick to this and go with the comment above that even if the RBA reduces rates, I doubt we'll see much passed on to mortgage holders. You wouldnt want to be holding a high value,low yielding asset in a rental suburb right now (im thinking carlton).
