Interest rates should be cut to zero immediately imho.

They should raise them by at least 1%, stop stealing from the savers and try to blow bubbles. It's all gonna end up in tears.
Back to reality :) They will probably lower them if inflation is contained and the AUD isn't falling too much.
Doubt they want to end up like turkey where they raised interest rates 4.25% last week to stop capital from leaving the country. ( Translation for speculators, if the currency comes under attack they will act regardless of what damage it will do to mortgage holders )
