kincella, The Count and old Mac', how can you suggest this reserve bank style council would be filled with ex Labor and ex Union stooges? It is simply not possible as these guys are already all needed to fill all the Fair work Australia, High Court, Supreme Court etc and about a thousand other semi government councils and appeals commitees and statutory bodies. Simple not enough left leaning human bodies to cater for the current demand that this Labor gov't has created; so many high ranking public service positions they cannot fill them all but I agree they will try lol.
