technical aspects of the ATM reform WILL be ready by 3rd March which is BIG news....however, the big banks are still bickering over whether they can charge an interchange fee to each other.....bloody bank cartel...I wish the RBA would just come out and say it..."INTERCHANGE FEES ARE ANTI-COMPETITIVE"...this is the whole reason why the ATM reform is taking place....Anyway, enough already....If I were in the big banks shoes I would be fighting interchange till the last minute as well. I did notice, however, that the RBA has given the banks till November to sort themselves out or else......
