At a 50 percent drop l will be a buyer not a seller and l am not planning on buying any property any time soon as l dont need it and fairly confident 50percent is a pipe dream...as l was active in the market in gfc l can sleep well at night knowing my 2 houses are at worst going to lose 25percent which is still alot but not worth the effort in selling then finding something to rent near my kids schools with 5 rooms to save 150gs minus seller fees and moving family etc etc...if l was single then yes but l am not so tough luck lol anyways a drop in property will creat another boom operation repo style
