I have never seen so many open ended, 'you should know', 'go do research', 'you know what I mean' replies.
Sydney was just an example to counter the incessant bear trait of blanket statements like you also made...like "returns are ordinary"
The big question is why are you going to opens to buy if no locals are buying and GC about to crash again?
