things are NOT GOOD for maaany !
and whether you argue that it is single income or household income that counts in the 'ratio' we all HAVE TO agree that it is the actual DISPOSABLE part of income that is the important one !
and 'that' part is taking a 'hiding' and will keep taking it and thats why there is no need for RBA to 'take it away' from you!
others are taking it away from you already (electricity rates,water rates,levies...food, petrol...all the things that count)
things are bad and expensive and people are suffering and that is NOT the atmosphere in which property flourishes !!!
stop claiming otherwise...it sounds like a 'chant of the possesed' (or should i say...chant of the vested'?)
just 'cose inerest rates are not going up, it doesn't mean that 'lifesgood' !
