I'm in the same frame of mind towards locking in rates for 5-10 years at a historic low level. A little excited to say the least as my 3 year fixed rates finish at the end of this December!
I think I'll leave them at a variable rate until about June 09 then see what happens. Can you imagine being able to lock in for say 5-10 years at 4%?????
