I can remember some comments in the past that management considered offers around 20-30 cents a joke and that the offer needed to be much higher (can't remember from where).
The question to me is not what management would accept but what value would it need to be before they need to put the offer towards us shareholders (even if their recommendation is that the offer is not enough).
At what point does the offer stop being a joke and just simply undervalued?
