Summed up beautifully Mav. I've been in from around the same time and the one thing that has kept me confident is the management. My mantra is "its all about management". How many companies have we all been in that have plenty of resources or good prospects but never get the stuff out of the ground at a cost that is economical.
This team is the real deal.
