The Fiji Gold Project looks like it is lost if you read through the comments in the last Qtly. RBM would be better to concentrate on fully understanding the copper project and not divert their time and efforts by trying to hang on to Fiji. They need to move the share price and everyone knows they have to pay Mac Bank $700,000 by the end of June so they actually need cash in the short term. They can not wait until the AGM to get approval for the raising. It's not clear to me how they are going to raise the cash to pay off Mac Bank in June. That fact alone will cap the SP in the short term. I'm going to wait to start picking up at 2c.
