Most fledgling businesses require injections of capital to enter new markets and sustain growth. Market superstar A2M needed CR's as well in it's earlier days. I can't speak for all investors but I just don't see it as such a terrible thing, especially if it is specifically targeted at the growth of the business and not to prop up a sinking ship which this most definitely wasn't. As for why the SP is performing poorly, sentiment can be a cruel dictator when it comes to investing. I would suggest that when you look at the fundamentals things are right on track.
