"Kentor Gold (KGL) reported a setback for the Andash gold-copper project development (KGL 80%) in Kyrgyzstan, after opposition from local interests, who are at least in part motivated by the effect of a new employer in the area and a resultant increase in local wage rates.
We now model a 12-month delay in development until next year?s northern summer, although the company believes
it can commence construction in any season."
So RBS have pencilled in a June 2012 commencement of construction for Andash. Commissioning therefore expected June 2013.
