rbs morgans say $18 even with discount..

I saw a quick note this morning saying that RIV is valued at $18 and that's still with a 20% discount.
One gets the feeling that we will be seeing international broking houses valuing Riversdale over $20 on this deal. I think its just chewing up the twisters before the next leg up imo. This is the second major deal.dyor.
