further to that note, Wuhan iron and steel's chairman was recently quoted as stating their desire to be "self sufficient in iron ore supplies in the next 3-5yrs". given that coking coal, like iron ore, is a key ingredient in the steel making process, perhaps they also want to shore up their coking coal (Zambezi) supplies? takeover play.
