    RBS Australia rates RCY as Buy - The broker notes the group has now completed its first tunnel section, meaning it remains on track for an early opening in the first quarter of 2010.

    RBS Australia has a target price of $0.48. Current price 0.17 cents difference $0.32. On this basis, If RCY meets the RBS Australia target it will return approximately 200%.
