rbs research note, page-22

is this rbs research coming out anything other than conjecture?

when i followed up on the claims august timeframes i got a completely different view

i am curious why the analyst is reporting this, and i am of the belief that analyst could not have attended the agm or there is no possible way a timeframe of august would have been uttered or suggested.

those attending were all told weeks, and that end of june was still in contention.

as much as i would like to think that research note is fairly accurate and well researched, i feel the conclusions there are really speculation, and based on absolutely no fact..

fiction, pure fiction..

how do you now convince the rbs clients it was sent to that what was said at the agm has more credibility than the speculation of a august settlement? i cant answer that

but if an august deal does happen, imho the analyst was guessing and had no knowledge of the timings what so ever.

imho it didnt and doesnt help the shareholders to speculate in that fashion..
