Agree BAM appear to have been professional.

Presume you did not inmean the professionalism to extend to BBI - well I hope not.

From BEPPA perspective do not believe our interests have been well served at all eg took Bronte to uncover the BEPPA debt serving ranking and our poistion regarding AETD.

Also high fees to BAM and lack of any attempt (IMO) to maximise return to BEPPA on AETD sale process.

Agree with comment on RBS....but point is valid in we do not know what has actually occurred between RBS and BBI.

If BAM/BBI want this deal done then agree it's time for a "deal closing" sweetener for BEPPAs for the resons you stated.
