Thanks for highlighting MF's remuneration SP. So $2.016mm for 2011 (and $2.208mm for 2010) which turns out to be 0.8% of the market cap of NXS at $252mm. Does that seem a little generous? On that basis alone his remuneration is excessive so I decided to run a little comparison to Karoon.

R Hosking is Executive Chairman and KAR's current MC is around $1000mm. Hosking's total package in 2011 was $445.6K with no options and $715.5K in 2010 inclusive of options. MF's package is around 4 times Hosking's package over that 2 year period. Does that seem reasonable?

I'll leave it to posters to draw their own conclusions about MF's performance over that period but I will be voting against the director's remuneration resolution and I will post again on the other resolutions.
