Ben should be in front of the RC for its conduct with Great Southern. Have a read of the Howard appeal which Ben lost. This may cause this carefully erected wall to crumble. If this judgement allows the thousands of GS victims who are currently bound by the M&K class action settlement to challenge the validity of their Ben loans then good luck to all holders.
