Drill Hole DORC 87 drilled last year, was assayed by acid digest using the -3mm
particle size native copper. The hole intersected 41m @ 4.95% Cu from 44-85m
including 26m @ 6.59% Cu from 48-74m.

Directors requested a comparison assay using a 1kg sample from the same sample
using conventional assaying using only the minus -3mm method.
The company requested the laboratory assaying DORC 87 to randomly select 5X1kg
samples and to test all native copper in those samples without screening.

LMDH07 was assayed by an SG method based on the differential bulk density.
The metallurgist who carried out the test believes the % Cu grade could be higher if
the sample was pulverized due to the host rock being a porous decomposed rock.
The high grade native copper zone (Bonanza zone) has been identified in a 600m
zone within the 1250m strike length of Las Minerale. More than 60 drill holes have
been drilled in this zone, resulting in multiple intersections of high grade native
copper and sulphides.
Drilling within the 600m long supergene zone has intersected native copper 5m from
surface and up to 150m vertical depth down to the sulphide mineralisation. The
600m long supergene zone is within but not limited to the 1250m long copper
mineralization already identified as the strike length of Las Minerale.
