I agree there could be many reasons and I guess the main issue is these trials are not being done by rce, so out of their control. However keen rce are to progress on the covid front I guess unless they schedule their own trials not much they can do. That being said surely if the treatment being tested was demonstrating that it treated or prevented covid without question hard to believe it wouldn't take on a life of its own. Not that it matters for me anyway as I thought it was a bit of a distraction from main anti bacterial goals. I just hope our run up from 70c last year wasnt on investors expecting something there after initial impressive announcements.
