Look up Recce's burns trial on the ANZCTR website by clicking Search Now on the website's main page, then search for "Recce" in the search bar and then click "View full record" located at the top of Recce's trial details.
In there you'll find that the trial has been registered as a phase 1 trial without any controls (comparative treatments), with the trial end points being safety and efficacy.
Efficacy looks to be defined as a "70% complete response" - I'm personally unsure of what that exactly means though. Actually, how safety/toxicity is specifically defined or measured in the trial is a bit of a mystery as well.
Even given such uncertainties it's still worth carefully reading the trial protocols, inclusion/exclusion criteria for participants and the actual treatment procedure details as it is all very interesting.
There's provision to move to a larger study (not stated but presumably a phase 2) for comparison to standard of care treatments should the endpoints for the current trial be met.
