This article is brief and to the point in explaining the actions of penicillin. I do not agree with the statement "Since human cells do not contain a cell wall". Cells are called cells because thay have a cell wall, as in a prison cell (Latin cella, meaning "small room"). I think they mean the human cells' composition is different to a bacterial cell.
