I am new to this forum, but do a science commentary on another. I am doing due diligence on RCE before a buy.
Dosdogs, you state a problem with Z rings interference v human cells v gram - ve / gram + infections.
I don't believe it's an issue. In that the z ring is targeted by the Z inhibitor drug R 327. The cells of the gram infections are like a scaffold with the R 327 target being one of the electrical switches primarily number 1 switchbox. The Z inhibitor switches off said box allowing for a cell division thus cell death.
In humans the SlmA protein protects the cells that use z ring synthesis. The sepsis bacteria is not protected by SlmA protein.
